The Dysart holds a Michelin star and Mignonette a Bib Gourmand: 13 Richmond restaurants with menu prices, hours and hygiene ratings checked 24 October 2026.

Richmond’s best-known restaurants are the Dysart Petersham, the borough’s only Michelin-starred kitchen; Mignonette on Kew Road, a 25-seat French bistro with a Bib Gourmand; and Chez Lindsay on Hill Rise, a Breton crêperie that has been there since 1988. Petersham Nurseries is the one most visitors ask about. Every entry was checked against the venue’s own website on 24 October 2026.

We have not eaten at these places for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry sets out what the restaurant says about itself and what it publishes about prices, hours and booking. It then adds the public record: the Michelin Guide and the Food Standards Agency hygiene rating. Prices come from menus online on 24 October and change often.

How we chose

We picked the places people search for and that have a record we can check. That means Michelin recognition, a long run on the same site, a current food hygiene rating of 3 or better, and a public reputation in guides such as Harden’s. We prefer independents. We read each restaurant’s own website and menus on 24 October 2026, and took hygiene ratings from the Food Standards Agency. The Victoria in East Sheen is also recommended by the Michelin Guide; its website would not load for us, so it is not listed until we can check it.
